Our ability to connect with people around the world through digital communication has irrevocably changed the contemporary business landscape into a global endeavor. Email, Skype, chat and social media enable us to be everywhere at once, communicating across time zones and country lines while never leaving your desk.

We have entered the age of the global office. We connect with colleagues around the world digitally on a daily basis. But, from time to time, an essential face-to-face meeting is necessary—a chance to come together and discuss, collaborate and generate new ideas.

Whether scheduling a group meeting internationally or a project kick-off with a diverse group of clients, bringing the group together to give their concentrated attention demands a flexible and responsive workspace. When we travel to meet with colleagues, we need a space that has all of the necessities of our work place at home.

More than just a meeting place, we need the tools of an office. Located within our hotel, the rental workspace offers the resources of an office while abroad. Group seating areas, white boards and long work-tables are ideally situated for brainstorming or company-wide briefing. In-house catering eliminates the need to leave the site for lunch and hotel amenities make it easy for a diverse group to come together and focus on our work, even when traveling.

“When I travel, I need a space where I can work and meet with clients. With a group of people and all of our computers, it can be a challenge to find a space that is large enough to accommodate a group and that has all of the amenities of an office when you’re abroad.”
