Arper is the official partner of Milano Design Film Festival, scheduled to take place from 21 to 24 October 2021, and sponsors the screening of the docu-film “Precise Poetry: Lina Bo Bardi's Architecture.
The film, directed by Belinda Rukschcio, explores the life of the famous Italian-Brazilian architect Lina Bo Bardi, who created poetry through architectural precision. Told in a series of interviews, Bo Bardi's colleagues and friends recount the sociopolitical constraints and personal events that would lead to the timelessness of her work.

The docu-film is of particular relevance to Arper, given the relationship it has developed with the architect since 2012 – initially with the world tour of the exhibition “Lina Bo Bardi: Together” and consequently with the production, in a limited and numbered edition of 500 pieces, of one of her most famous project, never industrialized before: The Bardi’s Bowl Chair. Part of its proceedings helps support the Instituto Bardi, which preserves and protects the legacy of Lina Bo Bardi.
Arper has recently inaugurated “Lina Bo Bardi in Full Color”, an exhibition dedicated to the architect and the expressions of color of the iconic Bardi's Bowl Chair, in the new pop-up Arper space of the Milan showroom in Via Pantano.
The screening of the docu-film "Precise Poetry: Lina Bo Bardi's Architecture" is scheduled for Friday 22 October at 8.45 pm at the Franco Parenti Theater, the official venue of the Milan Design Film Festival 2021, and on the Festival’s digital platform.
